PushFly

Refund Policy

PushFly Pro is sold through the Apple App Store. Here is how cancellations and refunds work, and how to request one.

Last updated: October 8, 2026

1. Apple processes every payment

All PushFly purchases and subscriptions are billed by Apple through your Apple ID. Because Apple handles the payment, refunds are requested from and decided by Apple, according to Apple's policies and the laws of your country. We cannot see your payment details and cannot issue refunds ourselves, but we're happy to help you through the process.

2. How to request a refund

On the web

  1. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with your Apple ID.
  2. Tap or click "I'd like to" and choose "Request a refund".
  3. Choose the reason, then select the PushFly purchase.
  4. Submit. Apple usually replies by email within 24 to 48 hours.

On your iPhone

  1. Open Settings, tap your name, then Media & Purchases → View Account → Purchase History.
  2. Find the PushFly charge and tap Report a Problem, which opens Apple's refund form.

Apple's official guide: Request a refund for apps or content that you bought from Apple.

3. Free trials

If PushFly Pro is offered with a free trial, you won't be charged if you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends. If you forget and are charged, you can still request a refund from Apple as described above.

4. Cancelling a subscription

Cancelling stops future renewals; it does not refund the current period automatically.

  1. Open Settings on your iPhone and tap your name.
  2. Tap Subscriptions, then PushFly.
  3. Tap Cancel Subscription (or Cancel Free Trial).

Pro stays active until the end of the period you already paid for. Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription.

5. EU, EEA and UK customers

If you live in the EU, EEA or UK, you may have a statutory right to withdraw from a digital purchase within 14 days. Apple handles withdrawal requests through the same refund process. By starting to use PushFly Pro right away, you may lose this right to the extent permitted by law; Apple will inform you at purchase where this applies.

6. After a refund

When Apple approves a refund, the related PushFly Pro access ends. Your training history and progress on your device are not deleted.

7. Restoring purchases

New phone or reinstalled the app? Open the PushFly subscription screen and tap Restore purchase while signed in with the same Apple ID. This is free and does not charge you again.

8. Need help?

If something went wrong with a purchase, email us at fasnotako@gmail.com with the date of purchase and a short description. We reply as fast as we can and will help you get it sorted with Apple.
